Our Health & Safety Policies

DEMONSTRATING LEADERSHIP

Everest Construction Management is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, sub-contractors and the public.

OUR GOAL IS ZERO

Safety is an integral part of Everest Construction Management’s operations. Everest Construction Management is committed to the goal of zero accidents/zero incidents on all worksites. We believe that no work is so important that it cannot be completed in a safe manner.

Responsibility and Awareness

Safety is a joint responsibility between management and workers. Senior management is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the safety and loss prevention program.

These responsibilities are defined for senior management, superintendents, workers and sub-contractors, all of whom are accountable for safety within their own jurisdictions.

All employees, clients and sub-contractors are personally responsible for their own safety. They also share the responsibility for the safety of other personnel at the worksite.

Working Together for Success

Commitment and active participation by everyone, every day, on every job are necessary if we are to achieve the level of safety excellence that is expected by a leading construction company.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

IN ALL OF OUR DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

At Everest, we consider the environment to be an essential and integral part of conducting business. One of Everest Construction Management’s guiding principles states:

“We are careful to consider the environment in all of our decision-making.”
